Not fair your reps come across very cordial, yet the issue presented falls by the wayside….. When we booked our cruise everything went well and we had a great agent, but she left the company and management did not assign another agent. We were bounced around to different agents and my poor hearing and language accents caused us no end of frustration. We had to repeat all our info for each person we talked to and then be transfered to the next person to repeat it all again. We talked to Monserrat, Sakina, Aisa, who finally got everything worked out for us.

Exclusive Cruise Offers

First experience with Icruise and I had the Best service ever. I recently purchased a membership plan with Mary Doucet, wonderful lady. I then spoke to Mary Esquilona about booking another cruise. She informed me that what I had purchased did not cover what I was looking at. She then put me in touch Miguel Suarez, I say complaints department, but I assume a supervisor. I will be back after my cruise to let you know how everything went.

Great wonderful services

I recently lost my 16-year old son, Aiden; and I decided to take this trip with my younger son and husband. I am broken-hearted—thinking how I could possibly go on this trip, continue the journey of life without Aiden. When I called, I was greeted by a warm personality, travel advisor, Martin Brooks. He was professional, helpful, and most of all, he was very kind. I appreciated his patience and the respectful manner of his communication. Thank you, Martin, for taking time to help me book this trip.

I recently booked a cruise and was very disappointed with how the agent messed up the entire package of extras. However Icruise was very concerned that a mistake had been made and went over and above to correct the problem. Mistakes happen and the best you can hope or is that the company cares and will make it right.

About 1 week after booking my wife lost her job. I tried calling James to cancel for a few days and finally got him and he said the $500 would be returned but your fee of $181 would be forfeited. He stated he would send the membership to his manager for cancellation approval. Several days passed and I saw no credit for membership even though no benefits were used. I never heard from anyone and I would never recommend this company.

People who looked at this company also looked at

Doesn’t complain about cancellations, there have been a lot of those recently. She’s a true professional and knows the cruise business. Lots of good inside information and tips, things I just can’t find online. Dear Mike, We apologize for the issue you experienced.

We've requested additional information so we can investigate further. Kindest regards, Toni G, VP of Customer Commitment.

Is it Safe to Cruise Now?

Is it Safe to Cruise Now?

With the COVID-19 pandemic still ongoing, many people are wondering if it is safe to cruise now. The answer to this question is not a simple yes or no, as there are a number of factors to consider.

First, it is important to remember that cruising is a social activity. This means that there is always the potential for exposure to COVID-19, even if the cruise line has implemented strict safety protocols. However, the risk of exposure can be minimized by following the cruise line's safety guidelines, such as wearing a mask in public areas and avoiding large crowds.

Second, it is important to consider your own health and risk factors. If you are at high risk for severe illness from COVID-19, you should probably avoid cruising at this time.

Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to cruise is a personal one. There is no right or wrong answer. However, by carefully considering the risks and taking precautions, you can help to minimize your risk of exposure to COVID-19.

Tips

Tips, Cruises 10 1

If you're considering cruising during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a few things you can do to help minimize your risk of exposure to the virus.

Tip 1: Choose a cruise line with a strong safety record.

Not all cruise lines are created equal when it comes to safety. Do your research and choose a cruise line that has a good track record of keeping its passengers safe. Look for cruise lines that have received high ratings from independent safety organizations, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The last thing you want to do is hand over your hard-earned money to a cruise line that doesn't put your health and safety first.

Tip 2: Book a cruise on a smaller ship.

Smaller ships have fewer passengers, which means there is less risk of exposure to COVID-19. If you're looking to minimize your risk, choose a cruise on a ship with a capacity of 1,000 passengers or less.

Tip 3: Avoid cruises to high-risk destinations.

Some destinations are more at risk for COVID-19 than others. If you're concerned about exposure to the virus, avoid cruises to destinations that have been designated as high-risk by the CDC. You can check the CDC's website for a list of high-risk destinations.

Tip 4: Get vaccinated and boosted.

Getting vaccinated and boosted is the best way to protect yourself from COVID-19. If you're eligible for a vaccine or booster, get it before you cruise. This will help to reduce your risk of getting sick and spreading the virus to others.

Closing Paragraph for Tips

Following these tips can help you to minimize your risk of exposure to COVID-19 on a cruise. However, it is important to remember that there is still a risk of exposure, even if you take all of the necessary precautions. If you are at high risk for severe illness from COVID-19, you should probably avoid cruising at this time.

Experience

Experience, Cruises 10 1

I recently went on a cruise to the Caribbean, and I had a great time. I was a little nervous about cruising during the COVID-19 pandemic, but I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my trip.

The cruise line had implemented a number of safety protocols, such as requiring all passengers to be vaccinated and boosted, wearing masks in public areas, and limiting the number of people in each venue. I also noticed that the staff was very diligent about cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.

I was also impressed with the way the cruise line handled a situation where a passenger tested positive for COVID-19. The passenger was immediately isolated, and the cruise line worked with the CDC to identify and test any close contacts. The cruise line also provided regular updates to all passengers about the situation.

Overall, I had a very positive experience cruising during the COVID-19 pandemic. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my trip, and I would not hesitate to cruise again.

Closing Paragraph for Experience

Of course, every experience is different. Some people may have had different experiences on cruises during the pandemic. It is important to do your research and choose a cruise line that has a good safety record and that has implemented strong safety protocols.
